The Mysterious Gumdrop Clover

This morning as I was playing Webkinz a light green shamrock (or clover, if you prefer) floated by. It looked like this:

When I clicked on the clover/shamrock, this message popped up:

So, naturally, the next thing I did was click on “Learn More.” When I clicked on Learn More, a new window opened up, but all I got was this error message:

But…if you check your dock, you’ll see that you’ve been awarded a “gumdrop clover.”

I fed my pet the gumdrop clover, and nothing special happened. I guess we’ll have wait for Ganz to work out the bugs on this one before we know what these floating gumdrop clovers are all about!

A closer look: Snack Machine Fridge

Let’s take a closer look at one of the newest Exclusive Items to land in the Wish Factory…the Snack Machine Fridge!

The Snack Machine Fridge is available for 15 tokens in the Wish Machine:

Here’s what the Snack Machine Fridge looks like in a pet’s room. You can see that it’s about the same size as other refrigerators:

When you zoom in, you can see more clearly that the Snack Machine Fridge has a Dex Dangerous theme:

Just like it’s name suggests, the Snack Machine Fridge is actually a refrigerator, and it holds 12 items! Here’s a look at the inside:

A closer look: Gumball Lounger

Curious what the Gumball Lounger will look like in your pet’s room? Me, too! That’s why I used some of my wish machine tokens to purchase the Gumball Lounger.

The first thing I noticed is that the Gumball Lounger is actually pretty small compared to other pieces of furniture in my pet’s room:

Here are a few more pics of the Gumball Lounger – I do like the texture you can see on the side and the back of the chair. It really looks like a gumball from those angles.

New Exclusive Items!

There are three new Exclusive Items at the Wish Factory:

Each of the three new items costs 15 tokens in the Wish Machine:

Of course,  you could also randomly win one of the items when you adopt a new pet!

Whenever a new Exclusive Item is added, usually a couple of older items get retired. This time around Ganz retired the Orange Plasma Ball and the Riding the Rails Train.

So, if you’re got either of those items, they’re collector pieces now, and they should do well in the Trading Room!

Winning the Jellybean Challenge

I won the Jellybean Challenge earlier this week! Woo hoo! 🙂 It’s only the second time I’ve won in all the years that I’ve been playing Webkinz.

Building a Chinese New Year Room

Throughout February, I’ve been inspired by the celebration of the Chinese New Year. In my last post, I showed you the Chinese New Year monkey I designed. Today I have a video for you. It features my Chinese Dragon – Emperor Ming – and building a room with a Chinese New Year theme.

Chinese New Year – Year of the Monkey

Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year, and 2016 is the year of the monkey. More specifically, it’s the year of the red monkey!
