Black Friday Sales! Big savings and lots of fun!

Another pet I picked up this weekend is the ultra exclusive Sugar Plum Sparkle Pegasus. This online pet is ONLY available during the Black Friday weekend sale at the Ganz eStore, and once the sale is over, this pretty purple sparkling pet will be gone! I’ll adopt her this weekend too so I can show you what she looks like in Webkinz  World. (I definitely think my Sugar Plum Sparkle Pegasus is a girl!)

Vampire Bunny…I’m in love! (Contest!)

Bunnicula is one of my all time favorite books, so when I saw the Vampire Bunny at the Ganz eStore, I kind of freaked out with happiness!

I bought my Vampire Bunny back in September when it was available to Deluxe Members during a presale.

I wanted to name my Vampire Bunny “Bunnicula,” but for some reason the filters said it was a forbidden word..weird! So I decided to name him Midnight instead.

Because I love Halloween so much, and I’m crazy about my Vampire Bunny, I want to have a little contest – and the winner gets a mystery pet! That’s right! I’ll send you the code for a Mystery Pet that comes in a pack of Webkinz Trading Cards. You won’t know what type of pet it is until you enter the code at the Adoption Center.

Rare Collector’s Pet Coming September 17th!

If you’re on the Ganz eStore mailing list, you might have heard about the rare collector’s pet that will be available on September 17th. Ganz has revealed that the pet is a Moonlight Wolf:

The Moonlight Wolf is being called “one of the rarest pets in Webkinz history” because it’s only available one day and in limited quantities.

We don’t know how much the Moonlight Wolf is going to cost yet, but we do know that you’ll have to use eStore points to buy it. Right now I have around 12,000 eStore points, and by the first of September I’ll have another 3,000 points added to my account because of my Deluxe Membership. I wonder if that will be enough points to buy this rare pet?

New Floaty Clicky and the Misty Koala

Ganz has been busy promoting one of its newest pets – the Misty Koala. One of the promotions that you might have noticed is the Sugared Eucalyptus that has been floating around Webkinz World.

The sugared eucalyptus is a food item you can get each day when you buy the Sugared Eucalyptus Leaf Tree:

Ganz is doing something a little different with the Misty Koala, and that’s offering the “Colossal Koala Bundle” in the eStore.

I’ve been thinking I might buy the Colossal Koala Bundle, so I can do a fun unboxing video and check out the Sugared Eucalyptus Tree and the Peridot Wardrobe.

Making a Goo-Goo Berry Float; Dory Porthole

Even though Berry Fest is over, I still wanted to try the secret recipe that was released a couple of weeks ago on Webkinz News – the Goo-Goo Berry Float.

The Goo-Goo Berry Float requires 3 ingredients:

You mix these three ingredients together in a blender and *poof* – you’ve got a Goo-Goo Berry Float.

The Goo-Goo Berry was floating around Webkinz World during Berry Fest, but the Juice Box and the Pie are retired items. So, I did some digging in my fridges until I found the other two ingredients. I like to store the special food items I collect rather than feed them to my pets. In this case, it came in handy to be a pack rat!

Both of my accounts are U.S., so I didn’t get to catch the Dory-themed floating cookies like my Canadian friends. But, I have an awesome, awesome Webkinz Friend who gifted me a complete set of Dory cookies, so I could make my very own Dory Porthole.

If you’re not familiar with this promo, it works a lot like the Bake Sale Recipes. You combine three cookies on a stove to create an entirely new item that can be used in your room.

In this case, it’s three super cute cookies featuring characters from Finding Dory:

Once you cook these ingredients, you’re awarded a Dory Porthole, and Dory herself even swims by from time to time:
